You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account. Steps Click your avatar in the top-right corner and go to Billing . Click Cancel plan under your active subscription. Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up by clicking Cancel plan . What happens after cancellation? Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. You'll receive a confirmation email with the exact date your access ends. Once the period ends, you will lose access to premium features and your points balance will be cleared. Changed your mind? You can undo the cancellation at any time before your billing period ends by clicking Resume plan on the Billing page.
